Our Team

Dawn Tauscher
Studio Owner & Pilates Sports Center Certified Teacher
Dawn has lived a life built on movement and discipline, doing everything from marathon running and bodybuilding to structured meal prepping and working with in the feild of special education. Dawn’s path to Pilates wasn’t about chasing the next fitness trend — it was about finding connection. Her life has always included movement, discipline, and care for others, but it was one Pilates class that quietly changed everything. She walked out feeling something she hadn’t felt before: grounded, present, and deeply at home in her body. By the time she reached the parking lot, she knew this was more than a workout — it was a calling.
Today, Dawn brings that same sense of presence and purpose into every session. She believes Pilates is a way back to ourselves — a place where strength is built alongside trust, confidence, and community. Her teaching is calm, intentional, and rooted in genuine care for the people in the room.
She brings a calm confidence, a deep respect for the body, and a true belief that movement can change a person’s life. Every class reflects her heart, her story, and her commitment to creating a space where people feel supported, challenged, and genuinely cared for.

Lynzi Dale
Pilates Sports Center Certified Teacher
Lynzi has spent most of her life rooted in movement, beginning with stroller walks and growing into family bike rides and yoga. She fell in love with Pilates in 2015 after feeling its impact on her mind and body, eventually earning her comprehensive certification through the Pilates Sports Center in 2020.
After twenty years dedicated to raising her daughters, she is grateful to be back in the workforce and sharing the benefits of Pilates with others. She loves watching clients grow stronger, improve their posture, and reconnect with their well-being, and she is committed to helping each person feel their best in and out of the studio.
