  • Do I need a Peloton membership to book a session?

No. You don’t need a membership, an account, or any prior experience. Everything you need is included in your session.

  • Can I choose my own Peloton workout?

Yes — absolutely. You can choose any Peloton workout you like: rides, strength, yoga, stretching, low‑impact, beginner classes, or even stack a few short sessions into your own custom routine. You don’t need a personal Peloton account — you can use the studio’s. Plus, our Six14 staff creates a “Stack of the Week” if you’d like a ready‑made option.

  • Is Peloton only cycling?

Not at all. At Six14, Peloton includes cycling, strength, yoga, mobility, stretching, meditation, walking, and more. You can choose any class style during your session.

  • How does Peloton complement Reformer Pilates?

Peloton is designed to support and enhance your Reformer work.

    • Cycling builds stamina and cardiovascular strength.
    • Strength classes support muscle balance and control.
    • Yoga and mobility improve flexibility and range of motion.
    • Stretching and meditation help with recovery and grounding.

It’s a flexible way to round out your training and keep your body moving between Reformer sessions.

  • I’m new to Peloton. Will someone help me choose a class?

Yes! Our staff can help you pick a class that matches your energy and goals, set up your equipment, and walk you through what to expect. Peloton at Six14 is intentionally beginner‑friendly.

  • What should I wear or bring?

Wear comfortable workout clothing and bring water. Cycling shoes are optional (spd or delta compatible) — you can ride with regular athletic shoes using the toe cages.

  • How long are the classes?

Peloton classes range from 5 to 60 minutes (or more if you'd like). You can choose a single class or stack shorter sessions together depending on how you want to use your time.

  • Can I book Peloton and Reformer on the same day?

Absolutely. Many clients use Peloton as a warm‑up, a conditioning session, or a recovery option before or after Reformer. The two modalities work beautifully together.

  • What is Peloton Duo?

Peloton Duo is a shared session for two people — friends, partners, or anyone who enjoys moving together. You each have your own equipment and pace, but you follow the same class side‑by‑side. Duo works for cycling, strength, yoga, mobility, stretching, meditation, and walking.

  • Is Peloton good for beginners or people returning to movement?

Yes! Peloton offers a wide range of beginner‑friendly classes across all modalities. You can start slow, build confidence, and progress at your own pace in a private, supportive environment.

  • Can I choose any instructor?

Yes! You can choose any instructor and any class from the curated library we provide. If you have a favorite, we’ll help you find them.

  • What if I don’t want to cycle?

You don’t have to. Peloton at Six14 is intentionally flexible. You can choose mat pilates, strength, yoga, mobility, stretching, meditation, or walking instead — or combine them.

  • How do I book a Peloton session?

You can book directly through the Six14 scheduling page. Choose Peloton or Peloton Duo, select your time, and you’re set.
