Reformer Classes

(3 credits)

A full-body Pilates workout using the reformer to build strength, improve mobility, and support core stability. Expect controlled, low-impact movements that challenge your muscles while improving alignment and flexibility. Suitable for most levels. Modifications and progressions are offered.


New Client Requirement:
New clients must complete
a consultation or receive instructor approval before joining a class to ensure safety, proper equipment setup, and familiarity with foundational movements. (see the private booking button to schedule yours!)

 

  • Focused Classes
  • Jumpboard:  Add dynamic, cardio-infused movement to your Pilates practice with the Jumpboard. This low-impact class builds power, elevates heart rate, and strengthens legs and core while maintaining alignment and control. A fun, energetic way to challenge your body without stressing the joints.
  • Tower: A versatile full-body workout using the Pilates Tower system. Springs, bars, and straps provide varied resistance to improve strength, stability, and mobility through controlled movement. Expect a supportive, lengthening session that challenges the body in new ways.



Private Session

(8 credits)

 Experience personalized, one-on-one Pilates designed entirely around your body and goals. Each session focuses on improving strength, mobility, and movement quality while building confidence on the reformer. Ideal for beginners, injury support, or clients looking to deepen their practice. No prior Pilates experience required.


Duo Reformer Session (10 credits) 

 Enjoy a personalized Pilates Reformer session designed for two. Duo sessions combine individualized instruction with the energy of working alongside a partner while improving strength, mobility, and movement quality. Perfect for friends, partners, or family members who want to move and progress together.

Peloton – Solo or Duo

(1 credit per hour per bike)

No experience needed. Your workout, your pace—whether you ride alone or share the session with a partner.


Enjoy up to 60 minutes with our Peloton bikes and full access to the Peloton on-demand library. Choose from cycling, strength, yoga, HIIT, stretching, meditation, and recovery classes—all in a relaxed, private studio environment.


Ride solo or alongside a friend.  Perfect for cross-training, recovery days, or a quick solo workout.
